1st Line IT Support - Central London

Up to £31,000pa




A 1st Line IT Support Engineer with experience of Desktop Support, Windows OS and basic Networking is required for a Hotel on a permanent basis in Central London.


Role:                1st Line IT Support


Rate:               Up to £31,000pa


Location:         Central London


Experience Required:

  • Basic Network Knowledge – Switches/Hubs – CCNA level would be advantageous
  • Structured Cabling knowledge and patching
  • Knowledge of VOIP would be advantageous but not mandatory
  • Building, managing Desktops, Laptops, Printers
  • Managing and configuring company Mobile Phones
  • Managing internal IT Helpdesk. Resolving issues and closing cases in a timely manner on a priority basis
  • Basic knowledge of Wireless Technology – Ruckus Wireless would be advantageous
  • Basic Knowledge of Servers HP, OS such as Windows 7, 10, Server 2003/2008
  • Office 365 and other Applications
  • Hospitality Applications such as Opera & Micros – highly preferred
  • Able to work under pressure as we operate in a busy 5-star environment
  • Able to interact with high profile guests and assist them in a professional manner
  • Ideally, work timings will be 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
